Beaver has completed a long-term lease for the new, three-story office building, which will cover 44,357 square feet in the Sundance Corporate Center at Highland Springs Avenue and East Eighth Street in Beaumont, diagonal to San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital. Beaver also negotiated an option to lease an additional 86,000 square feet of space at the Sundance Corp Center.  Beaver is one of the oldest medical groups in California. Beaver first opened its doors in Redlands in 1945. Today it is the largest medical group in the Inland Empire with more than 200 doctor’s corporate Center.

The center’s 130,000 square feet will include retail shops and restaurants on 13.6 acres.

To date (1/20/2020)  a whole new wing has been added, some minor landscaping and asphalt parking areas. Stay tuned for updates as the building progesses.
